Priv.-Doz. Prof. h. c. Dr. med. habil. Salmai Turial will be stepping down from his position as Chief Physician of the Department of Paediatric Surgery, Paediatric Traumatology and Paediatric Urology at Magdeburg University Hospital on 15 August 2025.
The medical care of our patients will of course continue to be fully guaranteed. All scheduled appointments, examinations and operations will take place as agreed and with the usual high quality.
Dr. med. Hardy Krause will seamlessly and temporarily take over the medical management together with our experienced team of specialists in paediatric surgical care.
