Material requirements in the cerebrospinal fluid laboratory

Please remove for routine parameters:

• At least 4 ml Liqour (15 ml polypropylene centrifuge tube, milky, without stand function)
• 1 large serum tube (yellow lid)
• For neuropathology please add 3 ml CSF!

If dementia is suspected, we need

Additional 2-4 ml CSF (15 ml polypropylene centrifuge tube, milky, without stand function)
